Yes, toh inform him. Usko bhi apne bacche ke liye jo accha hain woh karne do. Usko itna bhi confidence nahi hain kya that she can manao armaan to let her continue with the pregnancy. If armaan still says no, then think of some other way, but for time being inform him, so that he won't regret later
