yep read that TRAI has allowed recently multiple agencies to collect data and provide ratings in India, with reported loopholes and concerns with BARC model.

Since 2015 BARC was approved as solo agency to measure and provide ratings, after TAM discontinued.

So in addition to BARC model of selecting samples, collating viewing data, reporting weekly TRPs, now if TAM license is approved, there may be another model in practice to publish ratings.
