unless the note Armaan gets is a suicide note or a fake one which is written on Abhiras behalf, Armaan leaving cant be justified. He cannot leave shaadi unless its a matter of life and death or it is Abhira herself asking to meet him. Although he should know Abhira's handwriting so ideally he shouldnt be hoodwinked by fake note. but we can definitely overlook and excuse that as adrenaline and anxiety.

Not just writing, direction too. I don't understand RS obsession of reaching more number of episodes. May be it was all about money. But there were times where trp even reached below 1.5, he didn't mind killing most loved character naira for it. It's like it is his ego to make the show run by not caring about anything.
