So true, but unfortunately lot of people attach ego and stubbornness to selfcare. Especially ladies, you know we ladies love being taken care by husbands, sons, daughters and other family members. We think it as our birth right, which eventually make us weak and dependent. Now that most of us realized the importance of self care we tend to get carried away and becoming arrogant and egoistic. which is not good. There are also women who truly understood the meaning of selfcare and put it into good practice, which makes them epitome of elegance.
