Its been 13 mins since the latest episode has been uploaded, and it's showing 460k views.. In comparison SMD trailer has 81k views in 2 hrs...

I'm watching the show.. But I'm not sure about the numbers.. Or is it a sleeper blockbuster??

It's a blockbuster on YouTube. If they drag drama to 80-90 episodes it might even reach 1 billion+ views.
