Actor Iqbal clearly gave interview he is looking out for new roles, and current KMTMG ph has no budgets or layered role to offer him to continue play Jayesh
and also pondered its no longer actual story telling and character development happening in TV serials.
Hence I felt they may be looking to conclude Jayesh's role officially, if actor's notice period has almost ended.

There was something that Babs accused in the bts about Ammu telling she will bail Ishika out if he transfers his property to her. While that wont be true, likely they will bring the property issue and Ishika-Jayesh tensions. I thought Iqbal ji had said his role is over in the show and he is looking for new roles.. ab achanak kya hua, that he is back.. plus it’s pathetic that they show him absent for months, and then suddenly he is back for one scene. I don’t think makers will show him with a spine against Ishika. Maybe the actor threatened otherwise, that’s why this course correction.
It seems logical that he won’t bail Ishika unless she does something in his favour.. but makers are incapable of showing something good.

When Babs has already bailed out Ishika and X, why will former need her husband’s help to get bail? And plus how is this an honourable exit? Unless he divorces Ishika, and leaves for Delhi?

The scene hasn't come up. So, guessing he may meet her in the jail and later Babs will meet her.
Nope. Not an honourable exit... was going to write 'honourable' too but changed that to 'better' - since if this be the case, at least they've closed the character's role rather than just having him disappear. Lets see why he is brought back in now. Some story along the og storyline 'may be' welcome.
btw... are Ishika and ex in Bandra jail and not some jail in Alibaug? (

Yeah.. like you mentioned in the previous post, now it will make sense that Ishika hates Ammu - apna property wapas lene aayi... even if she does, she has the legal right.

In this case at least there is no legal goof up. Husband ho ya na ho... hai to why did she want to get married again... anyways, going through a wedding ritual requires that one is 'conscious'. Kisi bhi dhang se intoxicate / force karake kiya gaya ho to it is illegal. [mela one was illegal too].
Evidence - it is visible, even to the cops. haan... procedurally, he should be tested perhaps. woh nahi kiya. ... kyu ki humein VA ka nokjhok dikhana tha. They goofed up there.
Husband hai... to counter case file karein... they goofed up in letting the audience know that it was faked.
About Babs: she will say she was hit by them and she fell unconscious.

If at all law is considered 1% toh case alibaug mein hona chaiye but if u see this serial hardly care

Doc cant be reached - bad weather. So they plan to take her...
Ammu does a recce of the mandap area. [The cut felt odd / misplaced... when others are going to take Babs, she is investigating the area.] finds the piece of sari... some mixed messages in her thought monologue 'shadi chahe jaisi bhi huvi ho, maine imaandaari se nibhaya hai'... then 'I had come back to prove my innocence... etc'.
Well... they reached back home... So Bandra home and society doc is the nearest they could find from Alibaug. [better could've said it is Madh island? itna door kyu jaana tha? esp if they've to come back home for 'another' emergency treatment.]
Dildaar questions Babs (despite Ammu asking him not to right now)...
In talking about things she does ask 'how did Ishika-ex have the himmat of drugging him'... which should've been unknown to her. Dildaar ki dimaag ki batti jali... Ammu stops him... (hmm... dont know exactly why).

The sari piece falls from Ammu's hands... she tries to hide it from Virat, but Dildaar sees it... and she tells what she knows, as Virrawt has not gone to see momma. No 'thoss' saboot is the excuse.... in a way okay... [felt better than the bomb excuse / the party excuse] Another excuse is Virrawt sir wont take it well... [in a way... " * your Virat sir... he has to see reality too. and 'grow up' - both Virat Sir and you. "]
Virat calls her... momma ka prescription nahi mil raha... [bachcha chill.... itna bhi desperate nahi hote.... fine for a teenager ... not you.]
Babs thinks his 'love' for me will never let me lose with Ammu.
Dildaar wonders how Virat is going to handle Bab's truth when it comes out.

Virat / writing around Virat is odd sometimes.
Like @Sugz mentioned he didn't enquire about Babs... and then acts or shows extra concern. I would say that he is feeling guilty that he ignored her rather than feeling guilty that he couldn't protect her.
There are hints that he wants to be the 'Alpha' / centre of attention.. (not the right words but somewhere around that park)... One of the things he mentioned is that 'you (Ammu) saved her.. not me'... something along those lines. That was odd too. Guilty that someone else gets the credit? not him?
As always, dont know if it is his 'character' traits or just bad writing.
