Usko to sab pata hona chahiye. Like if the guy does not tell her that he is sick when she called on the phone, how will she know? Plus did you see how arrogantly he was patting the ringbox? Bhai, shaadi karna chahte ho na, thodi humility dikha do. Tumhare hi kaam aayega.
I keep remembering how the camera focused on Sitara's expression when Salar was being rude to Taya during the haath pakdna kaand. The thing is that while Sitara's family deserves a beatdown, they still are her relatives. Despite everything that is still her family. There is a difference in being assertive and disrespectful. People on SM are after her for being rude to Saba and Junaid for trying to defend Salar's obsessive behaviour by saying he is doing so much for you but there is no equivalent reaction when Salar was being rude to Taya despite Taya explaining because he had not given any date and then gone off to Canada, it was natural for him to take the new offer up. Don't get me wrong. Sitara should not have spoken to Junaid and Saba that way but then again neither should have Salar to Taya and Tayi. I hope Sitara tells them everything about what Salar had done because he had never told them the extent of damage or insult that he did to Sitara. Not to mention, not once has he apologised for what he did nor has he ever exposed the truth to her family. He only keeps saying hamdardi-hamdardi and then uses his money and power to do whatever he wants regardless of SItara's feelings. Only now, that hamdardi rant has changed to mohabbat-shaadi rant. Phupho knows Nimi's deeds and Tayi knows Kiran's and while it is true that they will try to defame him for exposing the truth, at least the truth should come out. What exactly is Salar even thinking? And why people on SM are so lacking in comprehension is beyond me.
I hope Salar's nani gets to know all of this through Saba and Junaid and direct Salar to restore Sitara's honour publicly alongwith an apology because that is the only way love can replace the tendrils of pain that is now crushing Sitara's heart which clearly is concerned for Salar but is still traumatised and humiliated by what had happened.
