@bold : yehi toh problem hain, if she give in to dadi's demand now she will never be independent. Dadi came with 1 yr contract, after baccha kya bharosa dadi won't come with another contract for 5 years & it just goes on.

Or if she went ahead without contributing anything for wedding & signed the contract toh lifetime gold digger ka tag rehta uspar & worst part she won't be even able to divorce.

and what is stopping Arman or Manoj to become the guarantor for Abhira’s loan ..both can become her guarantee if the loan amount is big .. it can be split in 2 banks

Aree woh lawyer h, usko pta h this contract is nothing but have value of raddi kachra paper in the eyes of the court. Sign krde and even I wanna see Kaveri to enforce this contract.

I don't understand how this lawyer family is not saying that none of the clause is enforcing by the law of India.
