Sharjeena is far from being anything like Gopi Bahu. Gopi Bahu used to endure all the nonsense and mistreatment thrown at her, while Sharjeena is different—she gets annoyed by the arrogant and authoritative behavior that Adeel and his wife display, as well as the way the mother treats the children. Regarding her initial silence towards Adeel, it was justified. As long as Adeel wasn't intruding into her personal life, there was no reason for her to express annoyance or displeasure just because he was in the house, as Mustafa rightly pointed out. Plus, since she has to live in that house and Adeel and Rubab will inevitably be part of her life, developing hatred or bitterness would only make living there more difficult. By not engaging in unnecessary confrontations, she was likely trying to avoid creating a hostile environment.
However, when Adeel crossed the line by intruding into her and Mustafa’s personal life and belittling her husband, Sharjeena stood her ground and responded appropriately. That's exactly how anyone would act in such a situation. At this point, Sharjeena seems to be the only rational character in the story.
The one thing that bothered me in the episode was how Mustafa only heard Adeel’s part about them being a "mismatched pair" and didn’t wait to listen to Sharjeena’s side of the conversation. He just assumed that Sharjeena was going along with things out of some sense of obligation, while the poor girl had no idea about the misconceptions he was forming.
