Just after the wedding, they had scenes where she used to boss him around but there was no love nor any friendship. Mustafa started liking her as she made him breakfast at 2 pm. The car incident changed things around for her. Then he gave up his bed and she was interested. Mustafa's willingness to work on himself won her over. Over the episodes they have built friendship, comfort, love...He is a hot guy and he cares for her, she seems besotted now.
It's definitely love and not Stockholm syndrome, she gets very defensive if anyone says even a single thing against him. And even when he was doing her homework, she was motivating him to study.
