Sidra is here only for few days, this is normal for a daughter to be with her father when he had a heart bypass.
Adeel is also here for same reason, plus he felt compelled to stay put in the house as a result of his tiny rebellion against Rubab.
Rubab is really insecure and cant let go of her prized possession Adeel even for a minute. I think KMKT team wants to present Rubab as someone who is older and less beautiful than Sharjeena. Her insecurity got triggered by her friends gossipying her relationship dynamics with Adeel. Thats why the monologue 'you think i'm fool tumhe tumhari ex ke pass chodkar ghar chali jau, im not gonna anywhere, idhar hi rahungi mai'.
