I liked Aaliya’s dialogues, really impactful for her situation.

I know she wasn't that concerned about Aliya. I was just talking about that dialogue and how that is a fact which people fail to understand. Obviously, mostly you do such things in anger and not when you are calm. But still they make excuses that ohhh I was angry. I wasn't thinking

So true; lots of people think they can throw out whatever words because you are family or you are in love. However, words have meaning and they do have impact sometimes for years. You can't use people to dump your emotions and your frustration. You can't spit out whatever you think and assume there won't be consequences. Love or relationship is not an excuse to say whatever we feel like. Respect and dignity should always be there.

Words like talaq is a reminder is that some words have final type separation impact. What is sad is that it is often those we love who use the hurtful words rather than those we don't get along with. When ammi says "Pyaar mein bhi koi Talaq deta hai" -- well, yes, people do say stupid things even when they do love.

@bold she didn't mean "In Love" what she meant was obviously when you are in a loving and calm state of mind you won't divorce. It was not about people doing stupid things in love. She was refering to THE MOOD and State of mind.

Finally watched the two episodes, it is good. I like the story , direction and the acting. The best part is that there'll be no dragging.

Finally they are done with the back story. Shabbir & his mother are such manipulative & insensitive people. All they care about is their reputation & their happiness. I wanted to smack Shabbir’s mother when she was telling Aliya that she’s also responsible for her talaq. She was all about how it’s death for Shabbir to let her go to another man but she cared a damn about how Aaliya was feeling. She was constantly manipulating her into how the man would be her husband & she shouldn’t hesitate with what will follow.

I had tried to read script from Sabeena’s post earlier & I misunderstood her scene with Ibrahim. I thought she was eloping with Shabbir but the scene had a different meaning altogether.

Ibrahim is as helpless as Aaliya. That cruel Shabbir slapped the poor boy. I, however, liked how Aaliya shouted on him about him not taking a stand. Although he had tried to elope but stopped because of the Maulvi.

I loved the performances. Bilal has completely transformed himself into Ibrahim. Sabeena is amazing. Gohar is just brilliant. Asma Abbas is equally good.
