Just struck me that the distinctive feature of both Samriddhi and Jay Soni is their smile ..they’re not exactly similar but both are sweet ..don’t know whether the casting guys actually kept that in mind but if they did, good for them ..

I can recall only one ITV couple from the top of my head that actually got the trope of being married yet falling apart emotionally & mentally and it's Devakshi from KRPKAB. The premise of the third season was their marriage became stagnant and they grew apart, despite living together and raising their children together. They were so in love but had forgotten how to express that love and eventually started marriage counselling sessions which helped them. Eventually they went back to how they used to be and reignited their spark once again!
