Bangladesh starts its unofficial campaign to "boycott Indian products." Muslim man asks shopkeepers stop selling brands like Parachute oil, Dabur honey, Ujala washing powder. "Bikri korbe na." He even mentions Adani to be boycotted. Indians must never forget that the biggest push for Pakistan came from Bengali Muslims.

all the 3 parties full with filthy and corrupted people. most of the people wants a new party to win the election but not these 3. if bnp and jamat join hands i m not surprised they have done it before. but there is a high chance of awami league people doing it too. and since hasina and her people messed up with the stident protests of course the suspect will be primely awami league.

if jamat wins election - there is a good chance of another bangladesh becoming like afghanistan , somewhat like what talibans did

if bnp wins election - when they were the government they also did many corrupted and wrong things. they tried to assisinate a lot of ppl including hasina (before she became a dictator) in around 2004.

if awami league wins again - a lot of people will surely end up with in aynaghor , be reported mysteriously missing and be tortured again. more students will be killed.

i hope none of these 3 win, if it happens bangladesh will very likely go even more backwards and minorities will be even more unsafe.

I was expecting this. But thankfully for those protesters atleast now they can not say that we are painting it is pogrom it actually isn't

And they will laugh at it

Most of the news stated by InsaneDivine are true

Yeah there were Awami League ppl killed in one of the buildings , I think the number is higher its 40 not 29. As much as I hate AL leaders for what they did, I am not in favour of such violence as there are still some innocents who never wanted this to happen. Some of them lost their lives despite not being involved anyway.

About Hindus being attacked less during Hasina’s tenure, this one is debateable. There were attacks during her tenure too. However its also true Hindus did support AL more than BNP, cause of BNP’s possible involvement with Jamat the Islamist group. But they werent hardcore supporters of AL, they had to do it cause they had no option, like why most ppl in Bangladesh voted for AL in the past as they had no choice.

Apparently recently according to the minority council of Hindus, Christians and Buddhist all the attacks on Hindus in Sylhet were Awami League leaders.

However , there is also a possibility of AL purposely attacking Hindus to bring in India’s interference plus Modi being on good terms with Hasina, so that Hasina and AL can be back in power, there is tbh so many theories and possibilites flying around.

Ahamdiya mosque is a mosque for Shias. Muslims has 2 groups Sunnis and Shias. Most are Sunnis. A few percentage of Shias. That mosque was attacked too.

No No No... smiley13

All the attacks which happened in Sylhet were that of Hindus who were Awami League members. It's not that AL attacked them.

Rest I agree.. Even during Sheikh Hasina's tenure there were reports of temple vandalism. However, this time the threat is way more.

What is the fourth option btw 🤔? And how much ground support do you think they may have ? Mostly we are hearing that Awami League could now be dismantled with only BNP and Jamaat as the only remaining big options.

@bold I don't think you are aware of it Ahmadiyas or Ahmedis aren't Shias. Unlike what most people think Shias and Sunnis are not the only 2 sects of Islam there are many others just that these two are most common hence people know only about it.

Ahmedis is a new sect that started in late 19th century. They are the followers of Mirza Ghulam Ahmed from a place in Punjab. This person claimed thAt he is the next in line of messenger. He also included Krishna as one of the messengers

According to him there are two kinds of messengers that Allah sends one with the book (like Muhhammad, Isa etc) and others without books like Yakoob, Yusuf etc. there is a difference between Rasool and Navi. And while Muhhammad was the last prophet with a book and thereby the greatest of all the messengers, however there will still be many messengers coming in upcoming times.

However other Muslims don't consider them as Muslims as they feel they challenge the basic principle of Islam the Khatam -E-Nabuwat..

Pakistan me they are declared as non Muslims(don't know about Bangladesh) they aren't allowed to call their worship place as Masjid or mosque.

In the nutshell, Jamat being anti Ahmedi is very natural and burning the mosque doesn't come as a surprise)
