This looks to be from the last episode so here's my theory of how this will end. Janki ma has always boasted on how she has no "illness" at her age but age eventually catches up and she gets glasses. She can't boast one of her favourite lines anymore (no BP, no sugar). Ending on a lighter note perhaps.

How much are they going to stuff into the last episode. At this rate it's just going to be scene after scene after scene. Just hope we get one full family scene.
