Triple talaq is the most disliked way of divorce that's why it is not part of Quran and Sunnah. The Holy Quran has taught better ways of divorce.

As i said it depends on someone's belief. Baki Allah knows best. And He may shows us right path.

In Hanafi, two witnesses are needed. But yeah marriage can be done without Wali (Male guardian from girl's side) too. And yes imam can be considered as witness too but i was just confused about shabbir.

Isn’t a wali considered to be more important to have in the Hanafi fiqh?

For two divorces they can remarry with a new marriage contract & mehr.

From the four schools of thought only Hanafi fiqh considers marriage valid without the approval of wali.

Nikkh can be done without Wali Only in Hanafi fiqh.
