That is true .
Initially we had discussed this a lot .I am so against it and also the way they speak about death and suicide . They show them hitting her and same time they make Anirudh or Jhanak vocal against it. While a show is aired it cant be so politically correct, right. They need to show some drama.
That is what I feel about it. I dont feel there is something to complain about the show .
But yes , there is an option for raising your voice so can utilise it , if it is disturbing .
Kabse toh wait kar rahi hu, for Good to rise over evil punn hota hi nehi, FL and weak characters ko rota pitta dekh, audience ko taras aata hoga shayad. Like Hiba said, agar TRPs achhi aa rahi hai, toh audience is liking it !
They will not ruffle feathers, till the TRPs dag magao ! It's like keeping the winning team intact ! Ulta truck load of negative characters aur leke aa gaye hai !

true maya. it is disturbing, to me it is more about it is giving the wrong message to society. I would not want any young minds to watch this show and think about our culture in the way they are portraying it, especially the sacred rituals of marriage. I dont have kids but if i had i will keep them as far as possible from indian television shows and that truly sucks because look at other countries. We have talent and creativity in India as well but unfortunately it is used in the worst way possible.
The shows do have some responsibility of what they are showing. Look at us, our mental state i am sure it was affected by it somewhat. So in that sense i agree with Zainub, if there is an authority, we should raise voice. Making a difference or not , comes afterward. But at least they will know , channel will know what they are showing is not right and people have issues with it. I know they are not going to change. But voicing it over internet isn't doing anything , but given i have wasted so many hours voicing my opinion and i would rather voice it somewhere where it may be seen if not heard and acted upon...
