Ashish Sharma is a good actor and he did decent as Ram but didn't meet the very first requirement - his eyes. You can't BE Ram without nav kanj lochan 
Baaki the makers ensured they ruined everything else. Even the Sita was really nice she looked and gave the feel but her characterisation 🙏🙏 hard pass.
