The episode begins with Armaan wondering who gave Daadi sa the kada prashad from the gurdwara . He asks Abhira, Krish and all other possible family members but none have brought it for Daadi sa.
He wonders how this was possible , who could get it for Daadi sa , who knows hat Daadi sa likes and it has tk be someone close to the family .
Later Kiara is giving Daadi sa her medicines , Daadi asks if she came to her room late at night . Kiara denies entering her room after giving the night dose of tablets , Daadi sa shares that she senses some one entered the room late at night .daadi sa shares that even in the hospital room she senses there was an intruder into her room
Armaan over hears the same n gets alarmed ..he wonders if some outsider intruded into her room . He goes to investigate Daadi’s room and there is only one window n sure enough there are finger marks and foot prints . He is sire some one might be trying to harm Daadi sa .
He shares the same with Abhura and she is alarmed too. She suggests they could go to the hospital and collect cctv footage .
Abhimaan visit the hospital
As Abhimaan travel by Auto , they have sweet romantic moments , they strengthen their bonding n utter sweet words to eachother , they have fun masti n leg pulling .
They reach the hospital and check cctv footage and sure enough a guy dressed in black hoodie is seen loitering about the hospital wards , he even visited reception. They inquire the receptionist and inquire . The receptionist does not recollect the guy’s name but informs he was looking for Kaveri Poddar . Later she recollect he was talking tk someone on the phone and mentioned his name as Rohit ,
AbhiMaan wonder if it was their lost family member Rohit or some unknown guy, he was surely trying to harm Daadi sa why else would he hide his face n intrude into her room twice .
Manish is returning home with Ruhi, he recollects how Ruhi told him that she could not move on, she will remain hopeful of marrying Armaan until AbhiMaan got married . He is so angry n disappointed with Ruhi . Right then the driver stops the car brakes screeching n both of them are thrown forwards. Manish reprimands the driver, only to be pointed at an accident ahead . Ruhi suggests she go check if anyone needed help, asks B Naanu to wait in the car .
Ruhi approaches the can which has crashed into a tree n is throwing out smoke n she notices some o e injured n unconscious in the car . She screams aloud as she identifies the guy as Rohit , Manish comes running n he too is shocked , they three of them rescue the injured Rohit n rush him to hospital.
At hospital emergency treatment starts . Ruhi informs Armaan . And Abhura and Ruhi rush to Poddar house to inform Daadi sa n the family . Abhira stammers and stutters with shock , Armaan tries to share with the family but he is too stunned .
The entire family is impatient to know what had happened , right then Ruhi and Manish enter and they too try to inform the family about something urgent . Ruhi is too dazed and stammers . The family gets very impatient and Daadi scolds Armaana nd Ruhi. Ruhi then points to the main door . A guy in wheelchair , semiconscious, all bandaged up , is pushed 8 side the house by two paramedics from hospital . Manish informs that he was not very badly injured , he could be managed at home , he would regain consciousness soon ,
The family recognises Rohit and all are stunned , rendered speechless , Madhav and Vidya are in disbelief to se their son whom they had presumed dead . Daadi is very happy to see ehr beloved grandchild back . Everyone is happy . Armaan hugs n showers his affections on his younger bro. Ruhi is disappointed that Rohit’s return has hampered her dreams of reunion /marriage to Armaan .

Entire Poddar family surrounds Rohit’s bedside and his room, they are very happy he was back n was going tk recover soon. As Armana tries to shower his affections on his younger half bro, Rohit wakes up and throws Armaan to the corner of the room n shouts Armaan was not his brother. Armana is shocked to see this hatred on his bro’s face . The family is shocked too,
