I mean, I never thought I would detest watching a negative character in a tv show. I usually love negative characters. I totally agree. 100%! I watched the scene in Fri or Sat (don't remember) episode where Pandian gets snacks for Meena and Raji. I got the adhirasam but did not get the other one. I tried 3-4 times and gave yup. Few secs later saw hin giving samosa to Meena and understood he mumbled samosa.

Bored at home? Need money to mitigate COVID loss? S1 was a great hit, so I get it when they want to act in S2 but this role is seriously dumb. I expect a movie actress, especially one who acted in hit movies in multiple languages, to know better how she wants to showcase her character.

He is the hit of S2. I watch PS just to see him give back to Pandian. Him being firm on working but not for Pandian was

Gomathi is useless! Neethane ma elladhukum karanam. Chumma side le azhure drama panname, unga purushan ne naal kelvi narukkunu ketirkanum. Instead of that, she was crying as if Pandian slapped her. At least the brothers had the sense to console Kathir instead of tending to Gomathi.
It was funny when after Kathir said no to accompanying Saravana to his workplace, Senthil asked whether he would accompany him. Yenga, Pandian Stores ka? Vaangune are podhadhu nu ange poi Kathirum Senthilum sendhu innum rendu are vaangava?
But what made me truly happy was one comment on IG that said "Thanga Maiyru, nee onnum pudunge vendam"
I hope the writers realize how much people hate this character.

Tje way they are justifying Pandian, TM and their actions and how they are making Gomathi, Raji and Meena justifying Pandian’s actions, it is clear that the writers have sub-par, very low thinking and zero progressive bone in their body. In this day and age they are making a girl go to work to support her husband is in itself very clear what kind of narrow minded thinking they have. It doesn’t matter if she is from a rich family, her parents would object to it because of their status doesn’t work as a reason anymore. The girl already moved on by leaving the house against her parents, doesn’t matter if she wants to go to work. Pandian’s big ego is the one stopping Raji from going to work. At the same time the very ego is the one abusing, harassing, torturing Kathir because he is not listening to anything Pandian says and does the opposite.
It is worthless discussing about Pandian, very badly written character with stupid justifications. He does things for his kids to show to the world what a great father he is but has no interest in their likes and dislikes.
As for today’s episode, I liked how Raji gave it back to TM, wish she had been more forceful to the extent of being disrespectful. I also liked how Kathir, Senthil, Saravanan kept quiet and they didn’t stop Raji from questioning TM. It was the idiot Gomathi who asked Raji to keep quiet and not fight; I also liked how later when TM complained to Saravanan about Raji, he took Raji’s side and asked TM not yo interfere in a subtle manner without knowing the reality of the relationship between Kathir and the stupid Pandian. Saravanan is indirectly asking TM not to interfere in other peoples matters but the indecent idiot doesn’t seem to understand the concept of private space
Brothers consoling Kathir was nice, likewise Palanivel questioning Pandian was important but the writers are in so love with Pandian’s character, they are blinded by all the wrong things they write for him.
I expected Meena to stop Gomathi from blurting out the truth about KR marriage. She clearly wants to save herself from the wrath of Pandian. I don’t see any other intention here. Meena and TM are more than enough to keep KR in misery always with their constant interference. Gomathi already ruined their lives by getting them married, these 2 women will not let them live. In all this Raji is not given a chance/opportunity to explain her stance. Everyone else is taking the decisions for her- Gomathi, Kathir, Pandian, Meena and now TM is telling her what to do. The writers have made her a dummy character in this entire show with no voice of her own.
With the new promo, the writers are switching gears to TM- Saravanan honeymoon. I won’t surprised if Pandian allows them to go in the first try itself. She is one nagging, irritating spouse who uses her tears to get things done. But when Saravanan asked her to go to work, how she manipulated him into thinking that she alone is needed to run the household and help Gomathi. What rubbish! I don’t care if TM- Saravanan go to honeymoon are not. As a couple and as individual characters they suck!
My thoughts on the main characters of the show.
Palanivel is my favorite. He deserves to be treated with lot of respect. Hope one day he lives Pandian shithole and goes back to his brothers house. The women of that house adore him.
Kathir - the only sane /character in this show who very much cares for his self respect and stays true to his words.
Saravanan and Senthil- lack self respect, both are cowards
Meena/ Raji- expected them to fight for their self respect but both are constantly crying all the tome which is so irritating to see.
Pandian-Gomathi-TM- worst characters of this show, period. Gomathi for being a 50 year old lacks maturity, always thinks about herself and her mindset and comforts, doesn’t hesitate to throw anyone under the bus to escape Pandian’s wrath. Te other 2 characters are simy waste if time and screen space.
I don’t watch reality shows much except for the promos, clips in youtube posted in Vijay TV. The only shows I watch fully, probably are Super Singer and Neeya Naana and with others, don’t have the patience or time
I didn’t watch TIk Tik Tik so have no clue what happened there. I also found out through Youtube videos that Shalini and her husband participated in Adhu, idhu, edhu. That means she came on 2 different reality shows on Sunday, one with Akash and another one with her husband
Tolerating these actors in a serial in itself is a big deal why unnecessarily break my head watching them in a reality show
Since I am subscribed to VijayTv youtube channel, show/serial promos are automatically recommended to me and that’s how I come to know about all these things.

But, Gomathi should tell Pandian the truth and say that she made KR and Meena take an oath on him to not reveal the truth and that's why they did not mention this. Tbh, from first, I did not find Saravana interesting. He was a good character but nothing substantial. Just like how I am not at all bothered about Arasi and her future husband, the same way I am not the least interested in S-TM. They can go on a honeymoon or not. They can be happy or not. Who cares! Meena has ingrained herself in the family, so far it's okay, just that she doesn't have to be in each and everything. More than Meena, I want Senthil to fight for his self-respect, that way even Meena will be respected. I like Meena and Raji bonding nowadays, it's more natural but Raji needs to go to college. And, she needs to at least tell Pandian (in a peaceful situation) that the way he is treating Kathir is hurting her. Maybe, he might listen to her and soften a bit (just a bit, he won't change, at least not so soon). The less said about Gomathi, the better. Though recently in 1-2 situations, I like how she treats Meena and Raji. But then the vedhalam climbs back on the murunga maram and she acts self-centered, brainless, and immature.

I saw Venkat AKA Jeeva of PS-1 in the video sitting in Senthil’s spot at tje dining table Is he going to replace Vasanth and how will he play a son to Panduan/Stalin who was his older brother Moorthy in Season 1 Also how will he play a you ger brother VJ Kathir AKA Saravanan

PS- shooting happens from 1st to the 15th-20th of the month and cast gets atleast 10 days off until they come back next month. The team has so many bank episodes as they are a month ahead in the schedule. This is what PS-1 team used to do (that’s where I came to know about this while following the show). Since its the same PH and team, they are following the same pattern here. It means Vasanth Vasi has not been shooting PS-2 all of this month. I also noticed he never promoted PS-2 and doesn’t even mention in his bio in in his Insta account but has mentioned participating in CWC. Looks like he was looking for something bigger or maybe got a better opportunity than Senthil character.

I like Venkat as an actor, the guy is good offscreen and a good dancer as well, his pairing with Hema as Jeeva-Meena was great in Season-1 but not sure if I can accept him in Senthil’s role plus younger brother to VJ Kathir and a son to Stalin AKA Moorthy AKA Pandian

I just watched one of her serials - Ayudha Ezhuthu. She was decent in that serial, not any of this overacting or cringe-acting. That is why I was happy when she joined S2. But the character is pathetic, and her acting in this character is appalling.
Her voice is good, she can dub herself. Maybe her voice will make her character seem natural. Right now, it is plain evident that she is overacting.
