This left right dance is from Snollebollekes.

It is just a way to get a big huge crowd moving along, just vibing together. A feeling of togetherness. Kind of a flashmob thing for big crowds. Easy to do, funny to watch. Hyping up a crowd, including everyone.

The Dutch are typical non dancers. So left right, follow the leader types..
