One more amazing episode from an amazing team which is delivering in every department, have I said that before? I might have but it is so rare to see everything being on point

Meenu is still facing the brunt of asking that question, that's why it wasn't unrealistic portrayal because people on screen are resonating with the audience, her brother is ashamed of her because people are apparently calling her someone who asks cheap questions

What sets it apart is the premise of not making it sad or traumatic, everything is being presented in a comedic manner, it doesn't add on to your trauma or stress, Meenu is no simpering bechari miss, she is as strong as one can get, she is living in a man's world doing all the chores which are designated for men with ease, climbing trees in a jiffy, doing agricultural work

One would consider this man's chore when they don't live in village however a man from city learns climbing trees from her

A nice picturisation of how one's environment dictates their lives, these chores and acts are gender neutral, someone living in a village would be able to do them and someone living in a city wouldn't

@bold I recently watched a clip of Rohit Shetty. He was saying that: Look at comedy movies mostly. Example Hera pheri. Every person in that movie has problems. One wants to get his sister married, one needs house rent, one needs the job. Still the situation is presented in a humourous way and people laugh at the problems. That really resonated with me. So this is how this show is presenting it. Even if you don't discus things on the face. It's still making a point without making people miserable

Yes but it is not too much where you move past the actual point, it is just perfect.

Meenu's monologue to Nofal about people preferring to die in village than go to a hospital hits home because my Nani's village is like that till date, there has been a lot of progress over the years but the infrastructure isn't good enough to promote a decent standard of living

They have to rely on private hospitals which charge an exorbitant amount of money to release the corpse. Everything was so real and so close, sad yet not delivered to induce trauma

I totally see Meenu as the next leader of this village, if they wanna take that route it'll be great

Nofal and Chairman's discussion about upgrading the dispensary makes me wonder if chairman is hoarding money, maybe he received funds for a hospital but is not putting it in the development of the village

the tree climbing scene was so funny.. cracked me up.. i like the pace in the show, like so much happens in one episode that once a week is fine for this...
