Can't say about SMD being a hit on social media or not but Gentleman definitely is.

The main reason gentleman is brought here is bcz of same writer krq. Saw many of known people discussing on insta and twitter how krq didn’t meet expectations and worried about smd now. He claims that his best script is gentleman. Ab woh best ko bhi log pasand nahi kar rahe hai toh how would be smd which is not even his best. It got people worried whether he lost his touch in writing.

My observation is that Gentleman also creates hype. I have noticed it on different platforms that whenever Gentleman is brought up it attracts attention. Isn't it true?

Known people? Which ones?

People have different tastes and different liking. What is KRQ's best may not be the best for others. As far as I know there is no such thing as 'universally liked'.

And when it comes to trps and views, many shows that are being liked by 'some' so called reviewers, critics and 'known people' are also not getting trps.
