Boil potatoes-2 to 3 whistle in cooker

Once cool, mash the potatoes vey nicely.

Add Salt, green chilli, turmeric , little bit red chilli , chat masala if you want and most importantly garam masala. Add spices according to the proportion of mixture and as per need.

Mix well and make round balls of the mixture. Keep aside

In the bowl take Besan-chana dal flour, need of make a medium paste of it by adding water. (not very thick or thin)Add salt, turmeric, red chilli and ajmaien according the taste

Roll the potatoes in in the flour paste and deep fry.

Take buns , put some garlic sauce on it- heat little and put the vada in the pav then

serve with corriander chatni or ketch up and vada pav chutney
