I think it will be more about guilt. I saw the first episode again and there was a scene where imaan says that, she will marry someone who will choose just herself nothing else and she is not someone who regrets her decision. But, I am sure she will regret, more than regret she will feel that she wronged Zain when she finds out he was not at fault. If Zain asks her to ammend her wrong doing she will definitely have some double thoughts. Maybe to free herself of this guilt Salaar will decide to free her but the feelings of Imaan for Salaar might be too strong by then. Zain after finding that his mother was the main culprit will later try to help them come closer.

Salaar will also say lines line, 'tum mujhe chodke toh nahi jaogi na'

'Agar tum mujhe nahi mili toh main duniya ka hoke kya karunga'

'Hum jitna Zain ki baat karte hain, utna vo humare beech Ata hai'

So, let's see....Salaar will try to let Emaan go only if he strongly feels that Emaan is not happy with him or that he isn't deserving of Emaan.

By that point, Emaan and Salaar would have been in love for sure.

I am curious to know why Emaan says those lines about usne mujhe mohabbat karna sikhaya toh mohabbat ki baat ho aur uska zikra na ho ye kaise mumkin hai..

I am not sure if Emaan is one of those who will behave like a pendulum....but Zain's reentry certainly will cause misunderstanding of some sorts....maybe Emaan will feel bad that she wronged him...Salaar might feel that Emaan is conflicted between him and Zain which might not even be the case from Emaan's side.

Hmm... i am also curious why Imaan says such dialogues specially since I can already see she has started feeling something for her. Won't say love at this point but she certainly is protective about him and will be shading Tears for him in the next episode. Their bond will certainly grow from now on.

Maybe the context we see in the promo is actually different.

Maybe doesn't want to give hopes to him, maybe thinks Salaar deserves better 🤔? She herself seems sad in the promo so maybe she doesn't mean what she said or maybe she still have feelings for Zain 😩. I already want to know😔
