I agree that she will only speak out under duress and is not expecting Ar to reciprocate or anything.. But i think that should give her the closure and help to get over her feelings for good and might not need the soul mate revelation

end to her feelings especially if marriage is halted without any action from Ar... All her cards are laid

out..And from plot point, soul mate revelation can be delayed to a later point as well if needed

abhira anyway has no expectation of love being reciprocated. she is just struggling to fully get over her one sided feelings. but she has been firmly telling herself to remember that Armaan is no one to her anymore. so if she confesses its out of being cornered and letting slip her feelings and not out of hope for him stopping his shaadi and getting back with her.
