Hopefully, in the coming episodes, writer will show that Kamraan still has an upper hand over Salaar and Salaar will take some time before becoming the guy we see in teasers where he was beating people black & blue.

The love story will be far more beautiful for me if it's gradual and Salaar's trauma gets addressed....There is a dialogue from movie Ek Villain which I really like, 'Jab tak hum kisi ke humdard nahi bante ... tab tak hum dard se aur dard humse juda nahi hota'...Hoping for Emaan to become Salaar's humdard and vice versa....Hoping a proper journey.

See I feel what made him do that was when he was alone he didn’t care much but now he has someone in his life to protect and to take care of. Someone who he can call his. So its natural, its a reflex action. This is not the first time we have seen something like this. If I am being tortured by someone, I will still not retaliate if I am weak, but if someone comes for my family which means the most to me, I will take kali durga ka roop.smiley36 So I didn’t find that odd.

Also the Humdard part yes I agreesmiley20. Salaar expressed he needs a muhafiz for himself and slowly emaan will realise the same that at some point of time in life you need someone to take care of you. Just like that rain scene, she knew after that incident that it’s not wrong to rely on someone. She just needs to realise the same for Salaar as she did for zain.

Salaar has shown time and again that when it comes to Imaan he is super defensive. When Kamaran phone came at initial episode he was shivering, but when Imaan didn't reach home the next day, he was willing to take Kamaraan jeep and also completely ignored his call. When his parents arranged his marriage he didn't utter a word but when Imaan propsed him, he didn't care about anyone else and went to marry her. Also he has time and again defended her.

Also, he knows Kamaran pretty well that the guy might harm imman again so him pointing figer at him makes absolute sense. If it was about himeslf he wouldn't care, but if its about imaan he just becomes completely different person. Also I feel its not that Salaar is afraid of his brother, its just that he himself feels he deserves all of the punishment because of his inner guilt.

Yahan koi mujhe samjhaye keh Zain ko kya keera kaat raha hai? His shadi got cancelled ages ago because of the dowry issue/public scandal. It was over and he was hurt but he had accepted. His mom died in a car accident in another country. And he was on the phone blaming all that on Emaan - like WHAT? How does that make any sense at all. She didn’t marry some other guy on her wedding day. She told him about the money. She explained her side of it to him. She waited. Called him to make things right. Attempt tou kiya at least.

But still
his mom’s death happening in an accident and in another country is on her lol. AJEEB

Uper se
main buddua deta hoon, please don’t die before I revenge nonsense - yeh kya hai? smiley29smiley39

According to zain's mom, she left him because he was unemployed. So, zain thinks that she was greedy. She wanted to get marry with some rich guy. Imaam insulted his family infront of everyone. So, maybe he thinks that her mother took that sadma on her heart. I don't find it illogical till now. Agey dekhty hain kya hota hai

Even Alam sahab was laughing today. Very odd thing to see smiley36

We just jumped right into her asking the practical Q&A. You’re right, it completely took the emotions out of it and Hiba is playing Emaan a certain way too, so the emotions we feel only come from Salaar’s obvious vulnerability in that scene. Did you notice how Sherry was having Salaar sleep? He was cowering and had his arm between his legs and there was trembling too. A++++ acting. But what’s the bloody POINT if you don’t show us Emaan taking all of this in and “feeling” something about it. Spare a second on this at least. She got married a day ago. This is all new. These people are new. Nothing she did in this episode makes sense considering she JUST came here. You don’t see the processing time. I want this coffee percolated and not instant please smiley36

And since we don’t really see the emotional processing of all this , the practicality of it all is a bit hard to swallow. Aise kaise? Your point is absolutely valid. It was too much all at once.

You said it all

This was the most important part of the story and they did not show us. We don't know salaar ny kya kya bataya aur kitna bataya. Also Imaan's thanda reaction was a bit disappointed. Aisi story toh kisi stranger ki bhi suno toh humdardi honey lagti hai but imaan was chill.
