My first instinct is to say no, but who am I to judge her. She should and she can wear whatever she wants. Now if the question was is this an event appropriate clothes the answer would be No. That’s a good outfit for running errands or barbecue or walk on the beach. This looks like some gathering/party at Excel office. If she wanted to show her legs a mini skirt or short sundress would have been a good option.

Need some meat on those legs to carry it.
