Tejas showed a gun to harm Ani so she misbehaved with him to save his life and went with Tejas, and later on due to her insult, Ani got into a serious accident.

As soon as she learned about Ani's accident, she rushed from Texas to see Ani and there she donated blood after being insulted and slapped by Arshi.
