of course. Its ITV and not expecting neither want a perfect ML. I enjoy seeing a flawed yet good hearted ML portrayed on screen. The balance is something TV shows seldom get right, and with Anirudh's character they nailed it, and its convincing. Thats why Jhanak is nice to watch. My comments are a commentary on how the story will be impacted because of his characters flaws.

But from logic perspective, he keeps saying she will never come back repeatedly thats it seems almost insulting to Jhanak, how easily he can let her go. Is he doing it for J bcos he does not want her to suffer further abuse and he also plans to move out, or is he resigned to marrying Arshi and forgetting J forever, now that he has done all he can to make J independent. Somehow his calm send off bts is a bit off. I guess I wanted more of a reaction. As you said maybe we will get it today. I wonder why she went from blue salwar to a white one in the scene in his room. Did someone catch them there is another insult session and then this?

And,...of course Jhanak will say she wants to go and wont come back. She is staying without any long term assurances or hope of any relationship with ani, bearing the home wrecker tag and taking the brunt of all the abuses. While Ani is doing it to keep her safe and also getting a share of the reprimands, he is in his home and knows he is loved and accepted by all.

Or It could also be because he wants to assure his family that Jhanak won’t return so they won’t be taunting and slamming her with insulting comments. Anirudh still is figuring it out how he will execute his plan for Jhanak’s security. Sending her off is his first step, making sure she is safe until she is done with her exam is something he would still be working on. However, as per the promo we know Ani will be in Kashmir and with Tejas being involved, the dynamics of their relationship will change again. Definitely a realization either from one side or both. Most likely they will return back as husband and wife and Jhanak’s journey to her success and career will move forward.


Jhanak and Ani are both trying to take validation from each other whether there is something going on between them. More from Anirudh’s side since he is restless and Jhanak is pushing him away, trying to divert his mind that it’s not bothering her, that she doesn’t know what he wants…etc. And he is also not clearing it with her and rather be like “it’s ok if you don’t get” He is keeping that emotional state of mind aside because at the current moment her safety with traveling and settling back to Kashmir is important and I guess he doesn’t want to put too much stress on her because he isn’t in a rush. Her can’t distract her from her goals. And he does understand the consequences of him clearing with Jhanak because he knows she will neglect it and he doesn’t want that answer from her. He knows she isn’t prepared. That’s why I want a scene where how Jhanak was expressing what it was like when she removed her sindoor from her head, I wish Ani would have listened to it. It was very emotional and it’s not easy for her to do all of that.

There might be a tamasha that may have happened after their lunch together and before their ring part. They both seemed off and sad!

Just want Arshi track to put on hold for now. She is a major distraction to their journey.
