Sanjeeda should be given the Oscar or whatever it is the highest acting award for enacting that piece perfectly without showing what she really was feeling inside. What is wrong with this girl? How the hell did she not get any media training here? This isn’t even her first Bollywood project so she’s done promotions and media interactions before. At this point I’m just gonna say the woman is probably just difficult and immature in general and the more interviews they do the more her personality comes out.

Because not everyone is comfortable being confrontational. Some people genuinely don’t like to stoop to someone else’s level and get down in the mud and get dirty. Specially in front of a camera for the whole world to see. And yes Sanjeeda being an outsider and relatively new to Bollywood and Sharmin being SLB’s niece and and married to a billionaire was probably a factor as well. Just because Sharmin didn’t get any pushback doesn’t mean her statement wasn’t extremely and blatantly offensive and disrespectful to Sanjeeda.

Because of fear. Not everyone is outspoken and fearless. Sharmin is richer than her and SLB's niece. Not everyone can be blunt at such situations.
