Shalini (Raji) posted a video on Insta of her dancing on the stage video during PS2 shooting. Her husband is also on the set. That explains why Kathir and Raji don't have much scene or intimacy especially when her husband is always around
The moment that dance came up on the screen, I understood it was choreographed by her husband. It is so damn evident.🤷♀️

ER 2 was a mokka show.
I did not really follow it, but promos and YT clips were enough. I only watched those subsequent 2-3 episodes after Jeeva Kavya affair gets revealed. Habba.. aadhuku apram mudiyale!
I want to watch ER 1 though. Heard that its good? Let me know your views pls.. aanalum, I cannot unsee that heroine, Pavithra Janani who aced TVET as a smart and loud city girl and then to see her in ER 1 as this docile village girl will be a torture for me. (Again haven't watched TVET, only the YT clips

My Tamizh shows journey started again in 2019 with PS-1 after 20 years, continues with PS-2 and SA, tried to watch Baakiyalakshmi, but the show is plain garbage, no one has any self respect in that show
After reading about other Vijay TV shows from you and Cosmo-girl, I have come to the conclusion that 90% Vijay TV shows are trash if this is the case here, I can imagine how regressive and bad it will be in Sun and Zee Tamil Though I get these channels never had the inclination to try any of their shows, probably will never try at all.

On Sun TV, i only used to watch Ethirneechal and that too for Marimuthu. The serial was really good when he was around. It all went down after his demise and Vela Ramamoorty is not suitable for the role. The storyline also started going haywire after that. On Vijay TV was watching TS but that too started dragging and going downhill. For now started watching Ramayanam on Sun TV and that is good.
Logged into Hotstar today and realized that the last episode I watched was on 7th May.
That is how disinteresting this serial has become for me.
Also, this makes the serial look like a story about 2 smart DILs who will always try to save their families from trouble.
Tbh, Raji has more chemistry with Meena, and even Shalini's acting is better with Hema. Full of fun, laughs, struggles, and family love. Kathir and Senthil are extras who will always support their wives.

We had more fun dissing ER2 in the thread.
I watched ER1 but not fully. Liked only the Vetri-Malar story. Found the 2nd couple story too toxic. Watch a few episodes to see whether you can sit through in-laws' drama but Vetri-Malar are too cute.
Don't even talk about TVET, the moment I found out that an IAS or IPS girl agreed to be a rowdy's wife just because he tied the thaali at a temple to teach her a lesson when he did not even take it seriously. 
I have been traveling, and continue to do so for 2 more weeks, so can’t be here regularly.
Finally caught yesterday and today’s episode. This whole kidnapping track has been put together shoddily and Kumar yet again proved that he has no brains at all
So the ladies escape themselves and like always Meena takes the decision and Raji quietly follows her that they won’t reveal anything to the family🙄 They have clearly shown that only Meena can take wise decisions and Raji always acts in haste.
TM’s mom is bad mouthing them in front of the whole Pandian family and only Kuzhali had the guts to call her out. Pandian, the hypocrite, Gonathi, the dimwit continue to remain silent and let their DILs be called names while Kathir and Senthil who are just extras at this point are mere spectators. There is absolutely no expression of disgust or anger on anyone’s face except Kuzhali
It is very clear that the story is pivoting towards TM-Saravanan becoming the leads and the future story will revolve around them while others will be in the sidelines. It is going to be TM/her family against Meena-Raji🙄
i agree with Cosmo-girl, the MLs are dummies while the FLs are in their own world have a better chemistry with each other than their onscreen husbands. I can’t watch stupid TM-Saravanan cringe romance🤮🤮🤮 which the writers are going to show more often, probably in every episode. Saravanan is going to blindly follow what TM says and be at her beck and call, SM will be on and off couple probably in 3 episodes of the week while KR will remember they are a couple inly when the writers write a scene for them once a week but other times they act as complete strangers or hostel roommates Their scenes look forced with continuity and meaning. Its all over the place.
It is also clear that Kumar is not going to stop his 2 rupees villainous activities. He is going to come back with another stupid plan which is going to backfire soon and will never learn from his mistakes at all 
So by hiding the information that they were kidnapped, Meena-Raji are going to become mahaans at the same time be the DILs who will take the blame for the greater good of the family TM and her family are going to use this incident against them to humiliate them more.
so Bhagyam called Meena and Raji odugalis today when the family was still wondering where both went, as if her daughter is the epitome of truth and belongs to Raja Harischandra family. This marriage is based on lies, deceit, fraud and cheating and look who is calling the kettle, black Atleast between SM and KR there are no secrets between them with respect to age, wealth, education, job, etc, etc and both the couples know where they stand and what their relationship is
How low have the writers of this season stooped to give such dialogues to a mother character of the one of the DILs. What kind of imbecile idiots are Pandian-Gomathi who can’t even shut Bhagyam?😡
Marriage is going to dragged for another week even if IPL ends this Dunday only because the makers are being cocky, arrogant and with full on attitude thinks Sara-TM marriage is bringing them the best TRPs 
If Pandian and Gomathi cannot support Raji and Meena in front of others, I want TM to take them to cleaners and both these idiots out of the house, while KR (if the writers still want them to be a couple) and SM can move out of the house.
In short, the storyline is going in a horrible direction🙄
Surprised that Gomathi's mom did not attempt to attend the wedding. Would have been cute to see her making an appearance to bless Saravanan (with the aid of Vadivu and Maari) and the Vels angrily realising where the ladies had gone. Guess the creative team wanted at least one marriage to start on smooth terms. Meena's mom did not turn up as well.
The part where Kuzhali withheld the ring while Sara/Mayilu were so engrossed in trying to retrieve it from the kudam was funny, as was the part where Goms and her husband promised that Pazhani would be the next in line to get hitched (poor guy, he knows that it will be a longggg wait ).
Quite a pleasant end to the week, without any adi thadi or 'niruthungaaaaaa'. 
Now the real drama awaits.
