See Akash’s new show in Sun TV, he is totally different guy there, There he is acting in very close scebes with the female lead and the guy is full on promotion spree pf his new show in his Insta but never posts KR scene edits except KR based promos that comes once in a while,

As for the rest, I agree, the scene looked like last minute addition and made no sense, ofcourse badly shot and edited.

Lol But I think her husband is pretty chill. He is a choreographer after all. One cannot survive in the entertainment dance field if he/she is not broad-minded.

Problem is the girl. Few weeks back, I visited her insta profile and I realized that she is just too young, already married and hence the massive hesitation/discomfort and by default, Akash is hesitant as well. I was all the more shocked when I saw that she just passed out of college three years ago.

Yeah right! So who did they think was the bride? Meena or Raji? Kumar's friends can recognize Kathir to beat him up but cannot recognize Raji, his sister. Damn Kumar, I wanted you to do something good but you are good for nothing.

But their scenes today did not make sense to me AT ALL. Its the same old last minute inserted one coz makers suddenly remembered that there are characters called Kathir-Raji. He just comes out of the blue and holds the paper cup to her face insisting her to have it. Also, couldn't they have prolonged the conversation about how happy Saravanan looked? That may be a boring convo for us viewers, but they seriouslyy need deep conversations! Atleast start with him recalling memories with his brothers, share some stories with her?

I always keep comparing this season with S1, but that one was so good in execution (almost 90% of the time) and this one suckss big time already. When are we going to see Raji in awe of Kathir the way Mullai used to be when Kathir speaks/explains things? Time and again, she used to say, "ivaha ippudi laam pesuvahala? Ippudi laam yosipahala?" I personally used to love it that Kathir of PS1 had so much clarity about many things despite being underqualified and insecure. This Kathir too has that clarity and voices it so well, but Raji has no reaction at all! Where are the mind voices in this show?? Those mind voices in PS1 were like the best part of KM story. For that matter, even JM story and all the characters, in fact. This one cannot even manage to give MVs where needed, coz of the additional time required for dubbing by the actors and voice artists. Only Palani gets to have MVs.

Ok, enough of my rant.. All in all, today was not good for me. It is fine that Kathir is concerned for Raji, but execution is PATHETIC and actual story for them is still not clear for the makers themselves.

Yeah, this is what I do not like either. KR scenes are rushed. There is no proper development and closing. Feels like it gets cut abruptly to show more ST, SM, and PG scenes.

S1 did a good job with KM. A slow buildup, but definitely a buildup. Also, I noticed that some KR dialogues are supposed to be "comedy, jokesy, funny" but it doesn't show up like that.

Like Kathir's "aama kaalu, aama selai" sounds annoying here but think if Kumaran had said the same, would have sounded kind of funny. Same with Raji dialogue modulation, if you imagine with Mullai (especially Chitra) modulation, it would sound better or funnier. The writers need to work with the current actors and see what they can do best and how. Trying to copy S1 without being evident is evidently not working here.

PS.:- about the photoshoot scene, while I did like it a lot, I am not able to point out if it is the characters or the actors inhibitions in not being able to stand a little close when facing each other. There is literally a one arm distance between them. And look at Hema/Vasanth or even Saranya/actor playing Saravanan.. they have so much more closely sitting/standing scenes. Enna sollaradhu ne theriyale! 🤷‍♀️

Anu, I told ya. You can sense the hesitation. And it interferes with the chemistry. I have watched Aakash's short movies, he is good with physical chemistry. I understand Shalini's situation, but that is how acting is. If you cannot give your 100%, then you should pick up roles that you are comfortable with instead of picking a popular role and just working 50% on it.

I'm like now I can't even expect close scenes between these both.

This is why as an audience I prefer single actresses for such roles.
