If writers go with 2nd option: For the sake of discussion from Babita's pov, if Ammu is a gold digger and wants to marry Virat in greed, then ideally Virat shouldnt fulfill Ammu's gold digging wish. Babz wants to free Virat from middle class Ammu's trap. If Virat believes his Mom, then he will ditch Ammu with public humiliation as a revenge & display his trust on Babz. His mom would go mad and faint daily if Virat marries Ammu for any reason regardless of revenge or not. That would be a flop plan for Babz.

I still think Virat will marry Ammu to payback at Babita (by doing the exact thing that Babz cant tolerate at all) and to protect Ammu as well.

I also think Virat will marry Amruta to protect her. If this happens,then audience will get interest to watch the serial and for the further story. I hope babita Aunty's over confidence nature will pay her the result which she never think in her dream. I also think as makers improve Virat's character, they will not take risk to again spoil his character because if the trp was decreasing,it was only for his so much toxic nature and his hate towards Amruta. So if they have little bit brain they will not do the same mistake to make him red flag. Yeah some little misunderstanding or misbehave is tolerable but if babita's plan win,then again it will be a huge misunderstanding between amvira which will be disaster for the show. I hope at least now makers need to listen to us.

Ammu will not marry him... which will make him think she was in fact a gold digger.... where as she, who never wanted to get married to him, refuses since the culprit is now out.

One aspect is she is clear she doesn't want to marry him - except for those 'close' moments (which thankfully don't feel as forced as before) - and he wants to, except to show he doesn't because he knows she doesn't want to. That's a good conflict by itself actually.

Second para - hope you meant 'she *doesn't* continue to be that way'... will be a pain if she continues to feel bad being rude to Babita. I really am not liking her pushing Virat to talk about it to Babita... it should be his call.
