Soooooo.. I am trying to read my fav author and trying to avoid thinking about the show ending... still "raha hi nai ja raha"

Lemme tell u guys a short story..

MHRW came around Covid times, and I stumbled upon it thinking ki Waah.. Good looking Leads.. Then I saw Sai ke hawt hawt looks and was like "Tumhe Koi Haq nai banta ke tum itne sundar dikho".. Ofcourse Shivangi was equally good (or infact better acting wise), but guys.. main toh obviously Sai pe hi phisalungi na..

And then the story started dipping towards the end, so I avoided watching it.. Never explored IF at that time.. maybe karti toh, would have found some of u earlier..

Nevertheless.. Cut 2.. I am randomly scrolling Hotstar and land up on Imlie3.. And it took me a while to recognise Sai in that horrendous ugly wig.. 🤣😂

I think it was that episode where he thinks Imlie is Nyonika.. and she is doing something with the flour in that kitchen, and he is watching her hair fly..while his own wig hair is flying too..

I didn't care for either of them for next few episodes.. until I saw Imlie in that red saree, wedded to Agastya via contract deal and then that kitchen scene.. jahan they get locked up, and have a fall scene, where her pallu is flying and the Chaudhary family catches them 😂

That's when I knew, I shall be liking their jodi.. and obviously rest is history.. They grew on me like anything.. They became one of my most fav ITV jodis.. And I landed up here, meeting some of u amazing folks ❤️

Dekhiye hum the Saishi ke kattar bhakt. Itne jyada ki mhrw ka last track bhi last episode tak dekha hai. Socha tha unke jitne projects aayenge chahe individually hi sahi ,will atleast give them try based on promos . Sugar syrup ki kahani toh aapko pata hi hai. Woh meethi kam kadwi jyada lagi.

Imlie ka first promo hi bada pasand aaya tha. Theme was like a wattpad books. Adrija humko pehle nazar mein hi pasand aa gayi thi. Twitter par sab uski styling ko criticise kar rahe the promo ki 21st century mein lehenga pehna diya but I have always like Desi aesthetics and seductive- Ness .Sai ka wig was indeed distracting but the way he was intensely noticing Imlie performance and then paise ki Akad dikhane gaya uske pass was so hot. Imlie ka response was equally whistle worthy. Tabhi humne decide Kar liya yeh show dekhnege aur first episode se yahin par aa Kar har roz gappe maar Rahe hai

They had this fiery chemistry from the start. The acting was good as well. Once you give me good acting, I will start noticing. Yes the wig was a nuisance in the initial days but I still watched as I was attracted by the freshness of the jodi and the plot i.e the story of a bar singer and a man who hates bar singers.
