I was okay with the ending. I don't exactly remember my reaction but I think was happy bcz generally I like happy endings. Also because I thought MK deserves a happy ending and deserves to know of his daughter.

But yes, I was also disappointed with lot of things.. how they did not end many open tracks. Also regarding Maryam. Naurez didn't want to send her but 2 years hogaye the. Why would Maryam not reconcile with her mother. Also no confrontation btw MK and Meerab. Also no love confession from Meerab.. but she was joking about her having an upper hand.. but chalo HEA toh mila..

I wanted separation the day she helped mariyam run away.

And yess way too many loopholes, meerab didn't knew her foster dad was dead, her foster mother didn't knew she came back. Suddenly meerab decides to go back to murtasim why? No answers were given, as no questions were asked to her. Love confession toh bhul hi jao.

Last meerasim scene was the most poorly written and executed scene, it felt so superficial. Couldn't feel any emotion just felt bad for murtasim that's it.

They should have gone forward with the actual plot & not edited anything. This kind of ending could've been better then. When in pressure they decided to edit the main part they compromised with Meerab's character. She wasn't important to them, only Murtasim was. In the end she came out to be dumb, rude & indecisive with a very poor character arc.

whatever reason prompted bakhtu to say in e48 "maafi ke liye jaan ki baazi lagayi jayi toh khud ko maaf kiya ja sakta hai." when i saw e48 i thought this line was foreshadowing ke murtasim end mai jaan ki baazi lagayega maafi ke liye.

With the name Pir e Kamil they might have thought it's from older times. Yes they should research before showing such things.

I hope they do better in season 2. I think they'll do better bcz they know what problems people had. So I think, this time they see that the script is coherent and also less loopholes :)

Also I hope Murtasim's look is the same but they should change Meerab's look. I also want Farhan ali agha & Bushra Ansari & Bakhtu

merub ka character toh maryam ke track mai hi tabah kar dya tha nooran ne. but even if they hadn't edited anything, it still won't explain why merub was shown to be mooching off two old poor people and not making any effort to do any job or continue her education for 2 years. nooran ne har female cktr ki mitti paleed ki thi. no one was exempt. only malik zubair was the real sanskari.

Also I feel more than MR the bad deed, people were more concerned about showing MK as bad. Hence the strong backlash.

Agreed that the editing made her look really weird and unlikable.

Though I must admit, when it was on air, I didn't think that it was MR. I thought it's just you know dubious consent or Angry s**. Because I thought if it's a happy ending, why would anyone forgive someone who forced you. But after some time, I observed certain things and then realised ke shayad MR hi tha

But I will judge a drama only with what they show us onscreen. So onscreen, in the drama it didn't happen

Nooran didn't put any efforts in writing Meerab. She was all into Murtasim. It's a shame that even though the character endured so much in her life yet people found her annoying. We were supposed to feel bad for her. Yumna added a few things while portraying it that saved her a bit.

I agree. Now I want to watch bcz of that last line
