Kabhi kabhi lagta hai, main pendulum hoon smiley37

Kal I was so angry ki kuch discuss karne ka mann hi nhi kiya, but aaj I'm so happy ki mann kar raha hai pothiyaan likh daalun Surya prem mein smiley42 This individual here is what a formidable man looks like!

His constant concern for Imlie, his resolve to stand by her no matter what, his ability to show the mirror to his family when they are wrong... Ufff....

The way he stood up for his wife and his relationship in front of Anjali and his family! The way he questioned why he ever fell for a selfish and pathetic person like Anjali... Then went on to tell tai amma loud and clear that his wife's insult is his insult... Him questioning CJ's silence... His response to Nirmala's mamta drama ki that's the only thing he has been searching for in her since childhood and the day he finds it, he'll respect it... And the best bit was him asking Mahesh why is it that a man doing anything for any other family member is seen as a duty or a good thing but if he does the same for his wife he's a 'joru ka ghulam'... Seetimaar! Hats off to the writers!!! Brilliant scripting done here!

Coming to Sanket... This man is the quintessential villian needed to take forward the story... Every time he's onscreen, his performance is at par with the brilliance of our leads! I really wish to see him as a full fledged villian, in a much meatier role, in the near future!

I didn't know whether to laugh or cry when he said to Imlie '13 baar to nikaali ja chuki ho uss ghar se' *facts*

I so want Surya to show that infamous rowdipana tomorrow and do solid dhulai of Dusht. Dhature and his sidekicks... And then go full on lattu on our Purvaiya Ki Pari and her body chains... The moment I saw those, it reminded me of Gags ka FF and kal wala OS smiley43

Off to rewatch Surya's scenes despite the horrible aankein chaundhiyane wali shirt smiley37

I’m really hoping Anjali pulls a Malini and blows up the entire Reddy family, excluding Surlie. Maybe Arjun, CJ, and Chachi can survive. They really annoy me whenever they bring up Agastya to hurt Imlie.

Although, it gives me a different kind of peace knowing that there isn't a single person in front of whom Surya would feel majboor enough give up on Imlie. He sunao-ed everyone today and stood by his wife.

There’s something about anger, such a raw emotion, that can be tricky to portray. But Sai absolutely nails it! It felt so familiar to see him walk into that bar with such rage. Those bouncers and drunkards should be used to getting beaten up by someone of that face.

It felt disheartening to see Imlie's fiery spirit dimmed. Surya had initially reignited it during their tashan, and we saw her beat up those men after learning about Agastya’s death circumstances. But that was more driven by pain than anger. I really wish we had more time to witness her healing and regaining her strength.

This is not the kind of kidnapping I was expecting, but it's oddly comforting to see the bar set again; it brings back memories of the old days. Surya arrives at the perfect moment. I wonder if Imlie will still sing. Sadly, she didn’t even consider the possibility that he would show up for her. Given that Amrit is blackmailing her, we might hear another rendition of “Sheesha Ho Ya Dil Ho,” who knows.

From the precap, it seems like Imlie will move alone to the outhouse. I'm not sure what Nirmala was burning that it’s causing Imlie so much sadness; maybe it's her school paperwork? I'm okay with Surya realizing his feelings, but I just wish we weren't rushing into the confession part. Not that we have much choice, but I want Imlie to start feeling something for him as well.

Either ways, looking forward to seeing Surya in full pati mode tomorrow, his family can go to hell though. Even the "bros" disappointed me with their lack of backbone.

@Shree :- Seriously - what does it take for the PH to give decent clothes to the male lead. Itna bhi kya kanjoosi ki they are not able to give good shirts to Surya.

And I think the shirt in the precap one is already worn one right. The precap one is the one Surya wore when he was in Chaudhary mansion and Imlie puts a knife to his neck na.

Can Sai wear his own personal clothes. These drab clothes are killing the vibe.

Shree, I saw the scenes atleast 3 times. Sai was brilliant today. Surya ka character shines yaar.

With the Chaudharys, there was a genuine emotional connection that made it all the more heartbreaking when they ousted Imlie from the house. The loss of trust from a family that had previously showered her with love was truly devastating.

Following Agastya’s death, it became increasingly difficult to sympathize with his family as they continued to sink lower in their Gattu’s absence. However, one commendable aspect was their willingness to acknowledge their mistakes and offer apologies when they realized they were wrong.

In stark contrast, the Reddys have been prejudiced against Imlie from the very beginning, never affording her a fair chance. Tayyi's audacity to claim they've tolerated Imlie’s insolence is baffling, especially considering her own actions that have caused distress. Tayyi's demeanor lacks authority; instead, she feels more like a stubborn dictator.

Maza aa gaya. I didn’t expect Surya to give it back to the family. I thought he would be majboor as the family had adopted him and given him a good life. But but but….apna banda bindaas hai. He sunaoed everyone including Tai amma and CJ smiley40 Please makers, let this ladka remain like this till the show ends.

Sanket is another powerful performer. He got back the OG vibes. His dialogues were so good…..duplicate se shaadi kar li, 13 baar ghar se nikaal di gayi smiley37 I can’t believe I am so happy to see the bar and Imlie in this bar singer getup.

SPR has started his dhulaai. His swachata abhiyaan is going to continue tomorrow 💃 Bas dhulaai scene Thoda lamba rahe.

Navya looks like an Oscar winning actress compared to tayi Amma who is just gritting teeth to deliver dialogues and have exaggerated expressions 😑

I truly adored the way Agastya loved Imlie; it was filled with passion and intensity. Despite his flaws, he was always swift to make amends. After his death, the world treated her so unfairly.

On the other hand, Surya's unwavering support for Imlie is commendable. On paper, he embodies the qualities of the perfect husband. However, I can't shake the feeling that his actions are still driven more by duty than genuine love.

He's begun to develop affection for her in his heart, but there's something missing, I can't quite put my finger on it. Admittedly, everything feels rushed at the moment, making it difficult to fully immerse myself in their story. Maybe tomorrow's bar scene will change my perspective.

I tried penning down a few words:

In shadows deep, where fears reside,

Imlie seeks solace, her heart untried.

Agastya stood, a shield so strong,

Guarding her innocence, righting every wrong.

Yet when darkness looms, and battles call,

Surya emerges, standing tall.

With sword in hand, he fights the fight,

For Imlie’s honour, with all his might.

@bold. I think a bit differently. Imagine if this is his behaviour when he thinks she is his duty. Just imagine how much more he will fight when he actually falls for her.

Surya should have been more majboor coz the family adopted an abandoned child so the ehsaan was ten fold but boy still speaks his heart out. Not once he was disrespectful to his family. He expressed his disappointment and feelings but did not insult his family.

Comparing the chaudhry’s and reddy’s are like comparing apples to oranges. Imlie was emotionally invested with the Chaudhary family from day1 where as she is not here. From day1 from the sindoor episode, she has clearly shown her reluctance to this marriage and tayi Amma clearly sees her non-investment in this marriage to surya. With Agastya and Chaudhry, she did so much for them, wanted to be a part of their family , was fully invested in her marriage .. here nothing.

Reddy’s have been no less pushing imlie with their bakwaas Neither has imlie shown any interest in wanting to be a part of the reddy family nor have the reddy’s accepted her. It’s clearly a case of no love lost here. The two situations are as different as chalk and cheese.!
