Us samay youngster ko try karne ke liye more experienced and in swashbuckling form oldie (jo age me usse chhota hai in real ) ko drop kar diya gaya and hasnt played since. If people really want to talk recent performances, Kishan has 2 50s in 3 games before being dropped.

ya u r right about gill n youngsters who concentrate on individual stats . They are not passionate about game . Sachin became Sachin after 20 yrs r so , gill wants to be Sachin with in 1 yr r so . Now ve more opportunities through ipl but few want to be famous very fast for individual stats . Already gill is captain . his performance is not up to the mark .
