Salman (Aditya) already told all these dance sequence bts are Jhanak dreams as she loves Anirudha so is imagining him while dancing with him (he also indicated that he will try to snatch Jhanak from Anirudha- it's obvious he entered the show as a villain and him trying to molest Jhanak seals this)

Moreover I feel makers have already shown many times Anirudha's feelings for Jhanak in the past in every manner so now they have started exploring Jhanak's feelings for Anirudha (since episode 135)

It's not like they aren't showing Anirudha's feelings for Jhanak at all these days, they still are showing but focus is more on Jhanak's feelings for him.
