Hey there, I saw the episodes, unfortunately. They showed Diljeet claiming that he had been abandoned in Gurudwara as a baby. Even though she was born and raised in Panesar, Amanpreet's mother became tense whenever Panesar was brought up and was unwilling to visit the place. There doesn't seem to be any other explanation for her fear. However, it may be one of those things that writers just forget about.

Sahiba did inform angad about the baby, and he clearly told her to never call him.

Angad didn't need superpower, if he had just the basic humanity to check on sahiba later he would have known about baby.

And i knew the entire discussion was centred around angad rights only, and sahiba's rights as a mother for raising the kid for 6 yra will be conveniently forgotten

Sahiba robbed Angad off his Paternal rights... She hid his child from him for 6 long years and is continuing to do so... It cannot be that hard to understand this...

If Angad didn't give Sahiba basic rights as a wife, then he is a bad husband.. That doesn't make him a bad father and as long as he is not a bad/ abusive father, he had every right to be part of his kid's life...Sahiba should not go back to Angad (and Angad doesn't want her back too) but he has every right to coparent.. She has no right to snatch it from him...

If Sahiba needed equal rights as a wife, she should have raised her objection when he was not giving those or fought for them then... if she didn't want to leave, or wanted to do police complaint on being thrown out, she should have done it... Instead she took this pathetic revenge by hiding his son from him, snatching his fatherly rights and awarding the fatherhood to someone she met on the bus...That makes her equally GUILTY and BITTER...

First things first, Angad and Brars should be given a lesson on human rights. Sahiba needs to become aware of her rights and face Brars in court rather than being terrified of them. She is eligible for both alimony and child support.

Well this parental rights discussion will conveniently be forgotten when he will snatch the kid from sahiba and not give her mother rights..

And this is a special type of man who wants to throw out the lady but claim right over her womb...

Whats wrong if Angad demands a sole custody now...??? Afterall, she kept the child hidden and made him miss his son's life for 5 long years and is planning to hide life long.....If she can do that and didn't give Angad a chance to coparent, why should anybody blame Angad if he doesn't want to give her a chance to co parent?? Well, she shud also understand how it is to be cutoff of your own child's life...like I said a taste of her own medicine...

I know this won't happen since child needs his mother and is conditioned to think Diljeet as his father... but just saying...

Custody fight toh bahut baad ki baat hai. The sole reason akeer is alive is bcoz of diljit. Otherwise sahiba n kid both could have died that night on road.

Angad can come later and claim all of his so called rights bcoz his kis is alive bcoz of sahiba n diljit

I don't think Akir is going to like it. That is why he cannot replace Diljeet even if he wins custody legally. Kaira's fight for Kairav was my favorite custody battle on television. Kartik had a strong case, but he just quit because he could not stand it when his legal team discredited Naira. I'm hoping they can spice things up here. I hope Diljeet will defend Sahiba if he is still positive, because we know Angad won't ever do so—he refused to do so when he said he loved her. But the way the show is going, I have no idea if a custody battle will be shown at all.
