Okay I just checked now.. Bhagyas are having 26 mins long epis daily and yesterday, the episode length was 29 mins for all of them

Frankly speaking, imlie made it to top 5 without triangle drama. We made it to 200 episodes without triangle drama. Also unconventional tracks like maskman , fun family bonding sequences did work for the show and conventional negativity filled trp tracks didnt. The writers could not hold the drama that was actually bringing trp.

I think that’s why surya is also behaving different than other male leads in third angle matter. The writers are only doing trial and error. If it works good, else change. Because anyways typical drama is not working.

If this week also not work ,what do you think they will change next ?

I know my this wish is nearly impossible but if Show is ending, is there a way this whole Agastya death can be reversed and Agastya imlie get their happy ending with Chaudharys

just see the time spent. it is the 3rd lowest in star plus. Just 15 minutes. Reach has remained same from last week.

Reddy family has utterly failed to hold audience attention

Anyway, I agree the glamour factor needs to be included. The leads ka styling is so bad. I think Udne suffers due to this too.

but even imlie own slot competitors like taarak Mehta and dori have time spent of 17 and 16 minutes which is more than imlie. competition toh unke liye bhi hua in form of IPL and Imlie .

Clearly imlie is lacking somewhere to hold audience attention.

Imlie aired only for 29 mins whereas Tarak and Dori aired for 31 mins. Therein lies the difference. Last week we had one 16 mins episode. SP if it makes Imlie give 22 mins episodes then the trps would have been 1.6. Udne also had 23 mins episodes last week.


PS gave all 21 - 22 mins last week. Don’t know why Imlie gave shorter episodes last and this week. Even TMD had 22 - 23 mins episodes. Clearly either the PH is not analyzing this part or they are not fighting for their show.

Is it that only SP shows have felt the pinch of IPL? The other channels haven’t suffered drastically.

Vaise, whats the point in analysing these numbers. The PH and writers are clearly not doing their bit. Only the leads cannot rescue the show

taarak Mehta and dori had 30 minutes.

Clearly channel is not seeing any potential in Imlie that's maybe the reason they are not forcing ph to give longer episodes.

BKAS bhi aise hi strategic se off air hua tha .Remember in January all shows used to give 23-24 minutes episodes and BKAS only 16 minutes. We used to crib about star plus giving them preferential treatment that their actors dont have to work more.

Imlie needs to have consistency in episode length. When every other show is airing 22 mins episodes don’t know why Imlie ke makers gave 16 mins episode last week and this week 2 episodes of 17 mins. Imlie’s reach is higher so logically SP should make them give longer episodes.

the one week we had longer 28 mins episode due to Udne ka launch the time watched went up. Whatever is the fate now - we just have to see.

Also in PS they introduced an Ex for the eldest brother who till now was adarsh person. Suddenly he has a blast from the past.

instead of revealing Agastya death happened due to surya. They can start some mystery with the phone call and probably set up some mystery like maskman. Surya knows his side of the story. Navya thinks she failed the brake but exactly hua kya kind of mystery. And this phone wala saying I know the truth. Thoda run and chase sequences with imlie, surya and the phone man. Surya hiding his side of the story.. imlie-surya scenes aage badh sakte hain with imlie trying to get Anjali and surya together and surya evading. Thoda comedy third angle bhi honjayega.

And if it gets trps then they can slowly add-on to the story. They made up the maskman story as they went along.
