Now that they have almost exited binni character who could be the possible culprit of Agastya accident. I was so sure that binni and her partner could have been the one because of Agastya being a roadblock in their plan against grabbing Chaudharys wealth but writers took a u turn.

Will they make Raghu Anna the perpetrator in Agastya accident too?

Even if Agastya doesn't come back they need to give closure on this accident point. what's the benefit of Surya being given the character of cop if he can't investigate Agastya accident and not giving closure to Imlie

exactly this is the main issue. If we go by Imlie words that she spoke in police station in earlier episodes it seemed Agastya was shocked when he saw the person who was present in other car.

Or was it just a case of misplaced expressions and writers will forget this point

Maybe he wasn't really shocked.. While the other car was coming from that direction, and he tried to put brakes or slow down, it didn't happen since his car was tempered with earlier..

Hence he was just shocked & scared and then he had to turn the car off the road to avoid accident..

Yes I too feel the same. Raghu having that goonda looks - maybe Raghu is a criminal and he wanted to bump off Surya. Raghu does not suit Malti in any way and he doesn't seem to be a good person. He was okay with his family being worried for him just because he can fulfill his agenda. He murdered Monty in cold blood as he wanted revenge. Maybe he was the one who wanted to bump Surya that day.

I feel in the end they are going to show that Surya is the one who died and this is Agastya with memory loss. Now he is angry on Imlie but when Imlie gets hurt he will feel restless and that is when we will get indications of this being Agastya. Let's see.

One possibility only if this is Agasthya with memory loss.

Agasthya could have possibly seen Surya that day in the other car. Surya could have been killed by Raghu. Who then swiped Agasthya with Surya.

The Surya shown initially was smart and cunning. He might have suspected Raghu of illegal activities. Hence Raghu planned to eliminate him.

Agasthya who is now under the influence of some medication does not have any qualities of a cop. He is made to believe that he is SPR.
