Akshara had complicated pregnancy. Abhimanyu asked Neil to take care of her when he is gone. She asked Neil to go save some kids in emergency, he died saving them and Akshara tried to save him and lost her kids (declared wrongly by hospital)
Based on that and Sbs update I think someone will attack Inder, Sahiba will attack goons to save him, Inder dead and Sahiba miscarries (wrongly declared). So they kick her out of house.
Not speculation, reasonable deduction from Sbs, bts and Rishta gen 3 storyline.
