Again as far as Abhira is concerned after insulting , blasting , badmouthing her constantly if he suddenly becomes a caring loving hubby to Abhira after Rohits arrival should we consider him to be a responsible hubby / partner ?
Honestly his actions are so nasty that I think it will be impossible to consider him as Abhiras ML ever

Armaan doesn't know what she's allergic to or medical history - its fine.

But DOB toh basic hai. Didn't they register marriage, open bank account, get admission in college, fill out paperwork for her internship. Supposedly he was involved in all those matters na. At least utna toh pata hona chahiye.

And honestly his reactions are extreme for Ruhi as much as Abhira. I don't think he'd be any different if Ruhi was injured and admitted. Infact it may be more.

He definitely doesn't seem to have any semblance of conmon sense.

Honestly I would even be ok if he was honest that he's still gradually getting over Ruhi and sometimes messes up due to residual feelings. But his whole sham of - lets stay away, you are wife of Rohit followed by how he lets her into his space, and how he gets involved in every little thing in her life - it shows that he is making no effort to actually get over Ruhi. Its all talk, no action. This is not how one gets over a breakup. And he contradicts himself over and over.

Abhira is getting too attached to him and his family including Ruhi and she's gonna only get rewarded with blame, hurt and heart break eventually.

Armaan himself is admitting that he knows nothing about Abhira- implying he put in no effort to know her which usually happens when one is disinterested.

IMO makers can’t be more clear than this showing he only think Abhira as his responsibility. Even today in hospital he says I have to take care of her for a year and I know nothing about her.

All he is doing is out of responsibility n not even affection. He fights for her to his family- yes but thats the only condition of marriage that she can complete her education and he has to do that- if we connect his guilty nature here, this is one thing he will do as her mother gave her life for him.

+ It is so obvious that he is not over Ruhi at all- that unsaid dialogue in auto n his predicament shown on staircase told a lot. (In addition to hug, dance, caring for sick Ruhi, and him being sleepless thinking abt Ruhi ka rishta). That is not man in guilt but man in helpless situation.

Abhira on other hand has fallen hard. The constant mention of deal n one year is sign. Her wish is to see herself in frame in their room but she speaks of deal- seems like more of a reminder for herself than him.

Just going by characters shown so far- if these two get together Abhira’s life will be a disaster- he will deprioritize her at any sign of conflict? Coz she can handle it and more importantly, she doesn’t guilt trip him. She will be his punching bag-one he can take out frustration onto without having to worry about consequences. She will be first one he will sacrifice- Abhira will never show her hurt as her mom taught her to be brave but the girl will break bit by bit. She wont be same.

If he really knew what kind of person Abhira is, he would not be irritated at her about Ruhi issue or accuse her multiple times now- of stealing and being opportunistic, selfish. She may be stubborn but she does not have a single mean bone in her and she'd never do something to compromise her integrity and ethics. If he really knew her personality, he'd not keep on calling her a chor.

Agree with this 100%

She's gonna lose herself but he will always prioritize everything and everyone except her.

One thing I have noticed is makers always include Ar ru scene before showing Ar’s concern for Abhira scene… the hug after dark room confession.. I don’t know about others but for me it dilutes the essence of his care… it’s editing mistake or they purposely do it god knows

Today's episode was kinda great overall. There was finally MOVEMENT in the story. The director and writing was top notch.

1. The Ar-Ab auto scene was symbolising how if Ar doesn't grow a spine soon and doesn't let go of Ru, then Ab will cut ties with him. He is guilty, confused, everything, but he needs to take a decision. And be firm on that.

2. Ar-Ru's staircase scene with Ab's parallel was one of the best shot scenes in Rishta gen4. It clearly symbolised how Ru is the one coming in between Ab and Ar's rishta. It was a parallel to Ar-Ru's very first meeting where he saved her. Today Ru kind of repaid his debt by saving him. He should be free now.

3. Ru cornered him and was trying to get a confession out of him. His only thought was, why put me under the bus again? She wanted him to fight for her, fight for their love (just like last time) and just like last time, he ran for Ab. He will never make Ruhi his priority. His pagalpan is only reserved for Abhira.

4. The hospital scene was amazing. Starting from Armaan's desperation to his realisation of how less he knows Ab. He only views her as his zimmedaari. But she is his WIFE. He is always so preoccupied with Ru and her ddp, that he never took out time to get to know Abhira. That scene was amazingly written and enacted by Shehzada. Hopefully this is a turning point in their story. Hopefully this means that Armaan will put efforts into their relationship.

Precap - I will reserve my judgement for the actual episode.

You wrote everything clearly ad precisely. The episode was one of the best in YRKKH I must say.

There is finally some progression and it's evident.

don’t normal people have break ups and move on to other relationships… he knows what Ruhi thinks … and pls don’t tell me he is thinking of vidya’s well being … he was only getting jittery that Ruhi will leave the house ..
