An event not witnessed in this way since I'm following IF news...wow!

some thoughts from me:

1) not happy with the topic title.

2) There was the possibility to make private arrangements with the event manager. Some may have used this possibility, some not.

3) Certain celebs close to the Ambani's certainly got special arrangements, but certainly some made it privately.

4) Deepika being pregnant, so a private car is the right option. Same with the one year old Raha.

5) Some definitely hadn't been happy with the bus, especially when with their elders...but at least there had been arrangements with the luggage.

6) Of course there is also a kind of "class" thinking with IP, VIP, VVIP and VVVIP...it's inherent to the culture, imo, and shouldn't be taken too serious relative to such events.

7) Very special guests (especially from outside India) will be treated also in a very special way. They get well paid and well treated.

8) A little bit of eco-thinking isn't that false.

9) Ambanis aren't only mega rich but they also have a known affection for the filmindustry. So, whenever there is a possibility, they make them part of their celebrations...yet I think that there is no political background to such events (in the contrary).
