Rahul was so scared the first time Tejas had threatened him .I watched that episode today he was behaving weird when Jhanak and Ani visited him . So he will not risk his life for anyone.

That is our Hero who has risked his life and got Mein aapse Nafrat harti hoon in return

True both will be in serious trouble after truth revelation. I think Anis main problem was Jhanak didn't accept him as her husband in front of Tejas. So once the truth is revealed he should happily accept jhanak as his wife. But may be because of the way Jhanak insulted him he may just agree for an annulment. Otherwise what other options can you all foresee that can inspite of the truth revelation they have proceeded to the wedding.

That was not his issue .His main focus was that she should have returned with him , he risked si much to find her and reach there then why didnt she have the courage to go with him. He has protected her from Tejas before also. So why not trusting him now .

Even she accepted him aher husband the main focus was her safety and getting back with him.

She did not acknowledge him but also said she hated him .That was his shock and anger . Even now that is the angry young man thinking .

I seriously don’t know What Ani wants. Looks like he also doesn’t know. He needs time to introspect his feelings.

Not everyone can do hero Giri Mayaji! I am actually okay with Rahul reacting that way, some people have more self-love than others. Also, it should be noted that his family and business are in Srinagar unlike Ani, which leaves him in more danger compared to Ani as his family is not that influential and powerful like the Basus. It's convenient as it leaves Rahul to be a ray of hope if both Ani and Jhanak are stuck in a situation. Rahul is not selfish per say, but he also will not leave Jhanak laying in a lurch. Case in point, he did seek Ani's help in freeing Jhanak that night. He also did call her on her birthday despite being underground just to cheer her up.
