She herself is to be blamed. Rejected many big projects of HUM. Specifically the role of Usna in Parizaad. Also, had got another significant role in HUM. She rejected it. She seems to be happy in GEO.

she isn’t underrated because she does terrible shows . She seems to be shackled to geo similar to madiha. Both their careers have been stagnant because they are choosing easy run of the mills dramas. Neelam I remember got quite a lot of praise for dil mom ke diya, if she followed that up with better shows she could’ve built some momentum for herself but instead she’s been on this path of mediocrity

She was brilliant with Bikhray Moti too. Both her and Madiha are far better than the likes of Hania and deserve better shows with top heroes.
