I feel when one year is getting over, Armaan will plan a surprise to propose to Abhira. But she will either overhear Ar-Ru and misunderstand or find some card/note of soulmates from Mussorie time and connect the dots and think they still love each other. Either ways she will tell him she wants to leave herself. He won't be able to stop her
