I haven't seen these BTS but gawd they need to tone down on the overdose of the Ani-Arshi relationship angle. It only makes things even more messed up than it already is!!!

A very interesting and good episode today.

For once, Ani and Jhanak while not being the center of attention, are still somehow driving the dynamics of the family member's interrelationships. This incident is the tip of iceberg that kind of pushed the silent members to speak out against the injustices today.

Appu, Badoma, her husband, Chotton all got to shine respectively today! I loved their replies and complaints against the others today. I liked that Appu's dad stood up and told his parents that he wants to leave along with his wife and daughter. As usual, the grifters Lal and Bipasha don't want to leave the luxury and got told down " I forget sometimes you are even our son". That B**** deserves it 100%. I am getting more and more pissed at the oldies. What the hell is with their caveman thinking? Tammi says Shubho is not bad at heart? Blatant favoritism. All this old school thinking about nuclear family and shit. She just asks Badoma to let it go? Eww.... At this point, I am detesting this pair more than Shubo and Tanuja as they are the source of all evil.

What to say about Chotton, he is the hero. I am loving his character the most now. He had his moment and owned everyone. He was awesome in shooting down Ani at every chance and making him squirm with guilt. I am all here for it. I am intrigued of the fact that big rifts are forming between the people who support Jhanak and Ani today. I want to see how this is handled especially considering Ani and Chotton are closer than just uncle-nephew.

Appu is my sweetheart. She spoke facts 100% about how Ani has changed because of his Arshi jaap. I liked how she retorted Rumi: "You also stay in the house but don't work", That was a zinger.

Btw, where is Mimi? Call sheet problem??

All the four I mentioned above chose their self-respect as they should and sat down with Jhanak separately, as they should. This just alludes to how the Basus will never be completely a single joint family unit.

What to say about Ani, he wants to have his cake and eat it too. Wants Jhanak to eat but repeatedly insults her to make her eat. Kudh khi paire pe khuladi maar rahi hain vo. Good that Jhanak put him on spot regarding her husband . The Sadist in me wants Ani to squirm more and more.

Precap: Surprised they showed Valentine's Day party already that we saw in BTS. Get ready for another round of insult for Jhanak.
