Maybe the point of that whole scene is that Rajiv himself will reject her this time.... since they're doing all the opposite things of the previous track, maybe this time Rajiv will man-up and reject Neeti for a change (and then, hopefully, ask that silly wife of his how could she repeat the same mistake again??).

Rajeev looks like he's ready to do Neeti's pack up as soon as possible. And who can blame him. That woman keeps throwing herself at Rajeev at every given chance. And keeps coming between him and his wife all the time. Anyone would want to get rid of such a headache.
